Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Manage; maintain daily office operations, verify that personnel are properly login/out time, that electronic systems are functioning at all times as well as maintaining, conducting audits, spot checks for quality control
  • Oversees employees daily and weekly work schedules while maintaining enough flexibility to meet project demands
  • Monitor, coach and mentor all members of staff’s performance and ensure personnel are working issues as efficiently and accurately as possible in a team oriented professional culture
  • Ensures the employee’s training status and certifications, if applicable, are current meeting all contractual components requirements providing the Program Manager and Training Specialist a list of employees who require refresher or additional training if needed
  • Maintain a consistent level of communication with all employees, corporate departments, executive management and customer
  • Able to conduct daily meetings with members of staff
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as providing requiredreports to the Program Manager on a timely basis
  • Oversees, develop, refine and document policies, procedures and associated system requirements of the program
  • Reviews time records, logs, and weekly reports received from personnel assigned to this contract
  • Maintains and establishes communication logs/minutes of discussions with employees and customer
  • Coordinates and conducts Second Interviews with new applicants and appropriate parties
  • Provides required training for all new hires
  • Conducts evaluations/Spot Reviews
  • Travel to visit with field office personnel
  • Available on call at all times, able and willing to travel for the program as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Criminal Justice or related field required
  • 2 years law enforcement or related field required
  • 5 years Management experience demonstrating a capacity to effectively manage a large workforce of 50 - 70 employees required
  • Valid driver's License, clean driving record
  • Availability to travel within the United States
  • Have investigative and report writing experience
  • Must have lived in the US for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years
  • Must be local to the area (please note only local candidates will be considered)
  • Government experience a plus, but not required
