  • Manage full product life cycle from ideation, to requirements and through to realization, product delivery and extension
  • Define and manage requirements based on input from customers and Broadway experts
  • Promote, demonstrate and document software capabilities to facilitate use of new features
  • Collaborate with developers to plan and track implementation schedules 
  • Work with customers, partners and sales team to design and maintain product roadmaps


  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Unrelenting commitment to quality and exceptional attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Masters preferred
  • Command of front-office electronic trading systems for foreign exchange or fixed income


  • 3+ years managing software products
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming and/or SQL Databases a plus
