Seeking a benefits administrator to process: employee health insurance enrollments, COBRA, terminations changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, ACA Compliance, 401(k), compliance testing, and census requests.
*** Ensure all benefit plans are administered correctly and efficiently.
*** Reconcile benefit program invoices.
*** Answer employee questions regarding benefits and coverage.
***Audit benefit deductions and remittances.
*** Track disability leave.
*** Research and resolve employee issues with insurers.
