Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Decision Support, the Financial Analyst, will be responsible preparing and interpreting financial and statistical information for weekly and monthly management reportsThe Analyst will also perform financial analysis in support of theannual operating and capital budget process. The Analyst will be responsible for preparing annual Medicare and CHIA cost reports. They will serve as a resource to financial and clinical managers to support organizational decision-making and financial planning activities.

We seek a person with strong analytic capability, intellectual curiosity and an interest in being part of healthcare provider organization. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, good communication skills, good business sense.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Strong quantitative and analytic skills, with attention to detail and the ability toindependently produce clear financial analysis.
? Knowledge of governmental and private payer methodologies 
? Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Access to manipulate large data sets. 
? Strong commitment to detail and accuracy.
? Ability to work independently. A self-motivated and resourceful attitude, taking intellectual ownership of one's work.

? Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required.

? Experience:
years of experience in financial analysis, cost reporting, and budgeting in a healthcare related setting.

Licensure and/or Certification:

? Skills:
? Motivated, self-starter who is interested in learning new things.
? Strong financial analysis skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
? Experience with Meditech and Kaufman Hall Budget Advisor a plus
? Ability to manage, organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
? Excellent communication skills. 
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
? Ability to maintain confidential information.
