Together, we can help people build stronger communities — we're just getting started.Facebook is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Data Center Infrastructure Finance team that helps to manage the finances for one of our largest investment areas - Facebook's data center portfolio. The Data Center group is responsible for designing, building and operating a growing fleet of advanced data centers that support more than one billion daily users. With a strong set of analytical and presentation skills, you will be responsible for partnering closely with stakeholders across the Data Center group and with other Finance teams to identify, research, and present data in a way that provides information toleadership and influences timely and well-informed decisions. In this role, you will need tobe adaptable to rapid change, be comfortable being self-directed and have exceptional business partnering skills; you will gain valuable experience supporting a fast-paced, large business area and will have opportunities to make an impact within a growing Finance organization and mentor team members.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as finance partner to one or more areas of the Data Center business
  • Provide financial leadership across FP&A activities, including analysis projects, financial planning (including quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-range plan) with some operational FP&A/financial control tasks
  • Understand and define key financial drivers of the business in partnership with subject matter experts in the Data Center group
  • Continuously work to establish credibility with stakeholders while improving the depth and quality of analysis provided to the business and to Finance leadership, challenging thestatus quo where necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of finance-related experience
  • Financial modeling experience with experience modeling, analyzing and visualizing data
  • Experience working independently and experience finding and resolving issues withminimum guidance
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations and experience translating data into information
  • Experience in compiling business cases and/or internal approvals for investments
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization, both within and outside of a Finance organization
  • Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CFA, CPA, or CMA (or foreign equivalent)
  • 2+ years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, or similar followed bywork experience in financial planning and analysis in one or more companies
  • Work experience in the technology industry
  • Degree(s) in a numerical or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, engineering or computer science
