Job Summary:
Responsible for executing marketing materials including legal communications, ongoing updates and new projects for the Company's products and services.  The ideal candidate is detail oriented, can input large amounts of data with accuracy, and has strong communication skills – both verbal and written.  Must be able to work cross-functionally as this individual will work closely with corporate and regional partners to understand and execute national to local initiatives and communication needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Executes all legal notifications including printed and digital delivery of annual notices, Important Information, Privacy Policies and other communications.
- Maintains rate cards and channel lineup updates and online repository of documents.
- Coordinates guides and printed legal kits, including managing ordering and tracking.
- Oversees work of outside vendors to assure timely and accurate project completion.
- Executes the legal notifications of division and national projects.
- Maintains records of notifications and researches communications for legal / GA investigations and customer escalations.
- Maintain FCC and Regulatory Compliance Approved reporting.
- Creates, maintains and ensures adherence to department budget.
- Supports projects and programs as assigned.
 

Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and leads the design and copywriting of marketing communication materials including direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper, radio and TV advertising, and other projects.
- Maintains the Company's brand identity standards and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
- Works with internal resources to determine best targeting practices for various advertising tactics.
- Oversees marketing library which includes marketing plans, collateral, creatives, and promotional materials.
- Oversees work of outside vendors to assure timely and accurate project completion.
- Assists in the development and implementation of internal Marketing Communications plans. Conducts research for implementation of media plans.
- Creates media schedules and manages copy rotation.
- Monitor budget for campaigns.
- Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
- Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
