We have a new client that is searching for an experienced CEO from a successful B2B company that has done over $100MM in revenue per year.

  • This client is search for a C-Level candidate who will relocate to Dubai (and be based there).

They are also looking for someone that has lead a successful company with revenue may be as little as $5MM/year or possibly even less for the CEO position, as long as they meet at least one of the following criteria:

  1. About ~100MM plus valuation (not revenue), OR
  2. 500 employees plus organization, OR
  3. publicly listed, etc.

Important: Candidates MUST be somewhat knowledgeable and interested about cryptocurrency (previous work experience in blockchain and crypto would be ideal; person interest, investigation exchange, etc.).

Planning to Raise $30MM on $120MM valuation. This will happen after they get the license. Licensing will be done by end of November. Would like to close the additional funding by the end of the year.

Target Profile Requirements for CEO: 

  • MUST have prior C-Level experience in a successful B-2-B company
  • MUST be USA or UK Citizen
  • MUST be willing to work in the Middle East 6 months out of the year (reminding months = anywhere you'd like).
  • NEED to be a CEO from a US or UK B2B company that has done over $100MM in revenue per year.
  • Experienced in running >$100M business before
  • Important: Candidates MUST be somewhat knowledgeable and interested about cryptocurrency (previous work experience in blockchain and crypto would be ideal).
  • Have a clear understanding of the company's long term goal as a security token exchange and provide the company vision to potential investors and newly hired team members
  • Communicate with COO and CTO on daily basis to understand the mechanism of each securitized digital asset and design the framework of how each asset will be listed & traded on the exchange
  • In charge of recruiting other executive team members responsible for operation, marketing, etc with the help from top tier recruiting agencies and existing exec team members (we already secured chief tech, regulatory and financial officers)
  • Create IR materials and spearhead the funding process including presentation during the roadshow and interacting with potential investors
  • Continue building relationships with government officers and political network in the domiciled jurisdiction
  • Need to spend at least 6-7 months a year in the Finance capital of middle eastern region
  • Looking for someone who can start immediately
  • Need to have experience in the tech B2B side.
  • Not someone who does customer retail, B2C, or food delivery.
  • The ideal person would be someone who can provide a vision. Not an operational person.
