Binsky Service is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our outside sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with many people each and every day, with the primary purpose of discussing necessary Commercial HVAC and Plumbing services. We're seeking an upbeat, motivated professional to generate a minimum 10 appointments per week for our Account Managers, as well as make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales.

Accountabilities:

  • Place phone calls to potential clients from our inactive client base and prospecting lists.
  • Utilize tools to generate qualified lists of prospects that fit Binsky Service ideal client.
  • Perform phone scripts (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
  • Exhibit honesty, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner.
  • Listen to the customer and ask relevant questions to assess the HVAC/Plumbing needs of the customers and assist the customer in satisfying those needs.
  • Generate at least 10 sales appointments per week
  • Set appointments with prospective customers based on our Account Manager's varied schedules.
  • Maintain all client information through our Binsky CRM tool.
  • Ability to explain basic features of Binsky's HVAC/Plumbing offerings if needed.
  • Promptly and clearly communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
