Corporate Resources of Baton Rouge, recruiting firm, is conducting search for Business Development Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth area. Ideal candidate will have minimum 3 - 5 years' experience selling into condo owner's associations, multi-family developers and/or property management firms. Real estate selling experience will also be considered. Seeking excellent sales skills and the ability to establish credibility and rapport at multiple levels. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of developing new markets. Strong communication, teamwork and presentation skills; ability to work autonomously; demonstrated ability to work collaborative with internal support team at all levels.
The BDM will have primary responsibility to identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Also, the BDM will be responsible to maintain relationships with clients, support administrative team with contract execution and adhere to company rules and standards. Duties: Market research and development of a prospective client base; research, identify and explore new business opportunities; maintain and manage accurate, up to date sales related activities. Responsible for building relationships with new clients, work to achieve a sales target in the assigned focus area and geographically support the sales cycle including identifying opportunities, lead management, client education and delivery of proposals. Achieve revenue profitability targets, ensure client satisfaction by obtaining feedback.
