Bethesda Home of Aberdeen, a Lutheran Affiliated local non-profit healthcare organization is searching for an Administrator /CEO for its retiring Administrator.
This position is responsible for the overall management of the continuum of care campus which includes a Skilled Nursing Center, Assisted Living, Independent Senior Housing, Adult Day Health Center, In-Home Community Services, and a Child Day Care Center, provided on our campus.
The position is responsible for the overall management of the campus to ensure compliance with government regulations, regulatory standards, and facility policies to protect the health, safety, and welfare of residents, ensure excellent resident care, financial stability, staff retention and strategic planning.
It is preferred that applicants have a master ’s degree in healthcare management or business administration with at least five years of experience in a senior healthcare setting.
A current Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state of South Dakota is required. The position will answer to a Local Governing Board of Directors.
