Responsibilities include:
Manage portfolio of digital media fulfillment projects
Scope, assess resource needs, oversee, and document assigned projects
Ensure accurate, on-time and on budget delivery as determined in approved project plan
Track success metrics and KPIs, and provide support to help leaders of the various brands and business units meet or exceed them.
Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
Maintain awareness of departmental digital media operations strategy and business initiatives
Have expert knowledge of complex business and information technology management processes
Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support operations and business initiatives
Design, develop, and manage process improvement projects related to: organizational processes; policies and procedures; and operational/technology workflows
Document and present the results of process improvement efforts and ensure proper controls are implemented to sustain desired levels of performance
Provide regular report-outs to leadership team on project progress and process results
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in the technology or media industry, with a proven track record in successful project management with cross-functional teams demonstrating superb planning and organizational skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, and project management
Minimum 2 years in management consulting, leadership program, strategic planning, and/or project management in Media & Entertainment
Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements
Experience facilitating business process design
Desired Characteristics
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
3+ years experience working with video distribution in a Film or TV Broadcast environment
3+ years experience in enabling customer workflows and operations
Superior strategic, analytical, quantitative and relationship skills
Detail oriented, clear thinking and adept at multi-tasking
Ability to work as a member of a team and independently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to author
Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior executives to business unit managers and third parties
Intellectual curiosity and passion for the media and entertainment space
Passion for new media distribution and keeping up to date with emerging platforms and the latest technology trends
Desire to consistently perform at the highest level in a fast paced and dynamic environment
