Our Pittsburgh QuestCares teams Kicks for Kids drive collected more than 250 pairs of shoes for children in the foster care system in Western Pennsylvania. The program provides children with shoes that are comfortable and fit well, said Maryagnes Luczak, who helped coordinate the effort with Auberle family services agency. This gives foster children the opportunity to fully participate in daily activities as well as summer sports which all helps to create a healthier world for them.

Our Clinical Franchise and Marketing team recently gathered at New Jerseys MetLife Stadium for meetings and a unique team-building event. For more than two hours, 15 teams of 10 Quest colleagues built 30 bicycles, each piece earned by answering questions, solving riddles, and sharing creative output. Delighted kids from the Boys and Girls Club of Patterson and Passaic were treated to the bikes before meeting New York Giants linebacker Mark Herzlich. The event an example of the spirit and culture that forms the basis of QuestCares, our company-wide employee volunteer program, which sees thousands of hours devoted to deserving charities each year. Best-selling author Chester Elton described the event this week during his weekly WCBS/New York radio segment. Audio of the segment can be heard here: http://bit.ly/2sVj0Wv
